Janee Brown is a Project Manager at LINK with an extensive background in sales, client relations, and business development.

Prior to joining the LINK team, Janee spent a year working in the Education Tech sector by bringing STEM learning to K-12 students through the utilization of Esports programming. She also worked with the Washington Commanders for five years on the Business Development team, where she cultivated and managed relationships to drive revenue for the franchise. Janee was an inaugural board member of the Black Engagement Network at the Washington Commanders, where she worked cross-functionally to help plan, coordinate, and execute events tailored towards the black employees at the Commanders, their allies, and HBCUs.

Janee graduated from Robert Morris University where she excelled academically, but also thrived as a valuable member of the women’s basketball team. Her impactful contributions played a pivotal role in securing three conference championships during her time at the university. Janee attributes her success thus far to the leadership, teamwork, and time management skills developed during her time as a student athlete.

Janee is from Bowie, Maryland, and is passionate about contributing and uplifting the DMV community. During her spare time, Janee finds joy in mentoring young minds through coaching girls’ basketball, staying fit through working out, and embarking on adventures through her love for travel.
