Joseph “Jae” Early is a Project Manager at LINK Strategic Partners where his portfolio centers around media relations and communications projects for clients in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. He is a graduate of Arizona State University’s Cronkite School where he studied journalism and social impact solutions. Jae is passionate about creating change within our communities through the lens of telling an impactful story.

Jae’s interest in media began from his attendance at a summer institute hosted by the Cronkite School to explore different fields in the communications industry. Jae has worked in a variety of spaces including  U.S. Senate and Congressional campaigns and local and county-wide races in Arizona, focusing on communication, voter engagement, and research.

Jae’s philosophy about the importance of a strong community stems from his time as a Boy Scout, where he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. This has had a substantial impact on his understanding of serving others. “Do a good turn daily” are words which he tries to live by.

Jae continues his community service by supporting Real Engagement through Active Philanthropy (REAP), a philanthropic giving circle enabling investments in community-based organizations. Jae also serves as a Young Professional Board Member with Food & Friends, working to change the lives of those impacted by chronic illnesses and diseases though the home-delivery of medically tailored meals in the greater Washington Metropolitan Area!

Jae enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures and cuisines; he is always planning a trip. In his free time, he can be found crossing off the reading list in his Notes App, adding to his vinyl collection, or planning a new adventure.
