As an award-winning Multimedia Director for LINK Strategic Partners, Ihamna Cubillos Valencia oversees the day-to-day workflow of the multimedia team, which includes videographers and photographers. In collaboration with the Creative Director, she helps oversee the strategic vision and execution of multimedia content. 

Ihamna is a creative with over ten years of experience in the areas of graphic design, photography, videography, UX & UI design, and translation. She is passionate about growing teams and mentoring individuals to refine their unique creative styles into polished, professional work.

Prior to joining LINK, Ihamna was a small business owner providing photography and graphic design services, helping companies such as YWCA, DC United, GWHCC and more. Since her arrival at LINK in 2018, Ihamna has used her entrepreneurship experience to help build LINK’s thriving multimedia department.

Ihamna is also a classically trained bass player. She has been playing music since the age of 14, and her proudest musical moment was singing with her university choir for President Barack Obama’s 2nd Inauguration. Ihamna has played many genres of music such as classical, jazz, gospel, and R&B and hopes to someday tour with her favorite artist Umi.
